Wilkes-Barre Pizza Shop Robbed | News
WILKES-BARRE — Police in Luzerne County are looking for a man who stole money from a restaurant in Wilkes-Barre.
According to investigators, it happened around 11:30 p.m. at Angelo’s Pizza on Hazle Street.
Police said the thief first came in and ordered pizza. While employees were checking out another customer, officers said the man jumped over the counter, stole money from the cash register and ran out of the store.
No one was hurt. Anyone with information is asked to call Wilkes-Barre Police.
