Guilty Plea In Porn Case | News
HAZLETON — A man from Luzerne County will spend time behind bars for having inappropriate pictures of children.
Investigators said Rafael Polonia, 21, from Hazleton, used his computer to obtain child pornography in January.
According to court papers, Polonia has agreed to plead guilty and will face between eight and eleven years in prison.
